OVERVIEW
The South West Collective is owned and operated by Kizuna Brands Limited. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kizuna Brands Limited. The term “Site” refers to www.thesouthwestcollective.com.
The terms “you,” “your,” and “member” refer to site visitors, customers, and paying members of The South West Collective.
SERVICE
The South West Collective is a membership-based business accelerator and community providing online and offline training, coaching, live events, challenges, resources, and networking opportunities (the “Service”).
Access to the Service includes all features listed on the membership page at the time of joining. We may update, replace, or upgrade specific features over time to improve the Service.
Membership is capped at 200 seats at any one time to ensure quality and personalised support.
MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS
Membership is available via monthly (ÂŁ49/month), annual (ÂŁ490/year), or Elite (ÂŁ999/month) subscription.
All prices include VAT.
Annual subscriptions are discounted (2 months free) and billed in advance.
Payments are taken automatically on the billing date via your chosen payment method.
GUARANTEES
The South West Collective includes the following guarantees:
90-Day First Customer Guarantee
If you do not land your first paying customer within 90 days, we will continue to coach you 1:1 every month until you do, free of charge.
10x Value Guarantee
If, after 90 days, you don’t believe you’ve received at least 10x the value of your investment, we’ll refund you in full.
Cancel Anytime Guarantee
There are no contracts or lock-ins. Cancel your membership at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Price Lock Guarantee
The price you join at is locked for life. Even if future prices rise, your subscription fee will remain the same as long as you stay active.
CANCELLATIONS
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 3 working days before the next billing date by emailing [email protected]
REFUNDS
First 30 days = full money-back guarantee.
After 30 days, no refunds are given on monthly or annual subscriptions (except under the 90-Day or 10x Guarantees above).
Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days, but access continues until the end of the billing term.
Cancelling means you lose access to all coaching calls, events, communities, and resources once your billing period ends.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 or older to join.
You may not join if you operate a directly competing coaching or membership service.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if members are abusive, disruptive, or breach community rules.
COMMUNITY & BEHAVIOUR
The Collective provides access to private WhatsApp and Discord groups. By joining, you agree to:
Contribute respectfully and constructively.
Not share spam, offensive, or unlawful content.
Protect the confidentiality of other members’ information.
We reserve the right to remove members who breach these rules without refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trainings, recordings, and materials provided by The South West Collective remain the intellectual property of Kizuna Brands Limited.
You are granted a single-user licence for personal use only.
Sharing, copying, reselling, or distributing our materials outside the Collective is strictly prohibited and will result in removal without refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Results vary. We provide strategies, coaching, and resources, but you are responsible for implementing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the total amount you have paid to us.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, opportunities, or business.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update or amend these Terms or aspects of the Service at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site. Continuing to use the Service after updates means you accept the changes.
